The Meet and Greet for the 2012 Los Angeles Beard and Mustache Competition will be held at Casey’s Irish Pub in Downtown Los Angeles, beginning at 6:00pm on June 23rd.

In addition to the Meet and Greet food and drinks, the event organizers will also be conducting competitor pre-judging and check-ins.

Competitors are strongly encouraged to attend the Meet and Greet in order to pick-up their competitor packet and finalize their registration. Competitors that cannot attend the Meet and Greet MUST arrive at the venue AND be checked in by 2:45pm on event day or forfeit their registration.

The Meet and Greet is a chance to enjoy one of LA’s oldest pubs, meet fellow competitors and relax before the competition (or party your face off, if you so choose). We will have the entire back of the pub reserved from 6 – 9pm on Saturday night. We are welcome to stay past 9, but a band will be playing in the back room and it will be reopened to the public.

Spectators are welcome to join the event organizers and all of the competitors if they wish. This Meet and Greet is open to the public.
