If you are joining us from out-of-town for the weekend, we have arranged for group rates at some of the best hotels within blocks of the venue, our meet and greet location, public transportation, restaurants and bars. Additionally, we have recommendations for hotels that are a bit farther from the venue, but offer a centralized tourist experience at a reasonable rate. However, most importantly, we encourage you to do research on reviews of hotels NOT included on this list if you are thinking of staying elsewhere. Please read through the list carefully as we want to ensure your trip to LA is enjoyable and safe.

Hotels to Avoid – Downtown Area

Please be sure to read reviews of other hotels before you book. Although Downtown Los Angeles is experiencing a renaissance of sorts, there are still lingering pockets of seedy activity. A lot of money has been pumped into the city center to renovate historical buildings over the past decade and there are a lot of options for lodging outside of what we have recommended.

We urge you to do your research before booking a room in a hotel we have not listed.
